Funções básicas deixaram de funcionar

Não consigo mais cadastrar a foto/biometria dos moradores/dependentes. O aplicativo nao valida a foto e depois crasha (foram várias tentativas). Já levei o tema para o condomínio, pois estou sendo notificado pela seguranca para regularizar o acesso dos dependentes… mas não consigo. Estou usando a versao atualizada 3.1.6, no ios 18.6.2. Os fluxos e UX também são beeeeem ruins
