Update has made app crash constantly, can’t retrieve recordings. WiFi disconnects
Lost password for broadband
I’ve been asking them and asking them how to reset the password on the car broadband for the app and nobody gets back to you total waste of time!
Please fix this app!
I’m not sure if it’s the app or the camera itself, but the app itself keeps crashing when i try to connect my camera, and i have to unplug the camera every time i try to access my files as it stays stuck on the standby screen, not to mention i can’t access my files at all without the wifi connection disconnecting and the all crashing once again. I’ve had this camera for 6 months and had been perfect until now.
Please tell me there is a fix for this otherwise i will have to get a new (and different) camera!

Giving this 5* despite the self adhesive mounting pad being useless.
Can we go back to a previous version?
5 months ago this app seemed to work really well. Now the app won’t stay connected to the camera’s WiFi for very long and when it does it tells me that there’s nothing stored on the card. Used to work really well, doesn’t anymore!
