Horrible update
I’ve used Nice Clock for years, every night. I chose the slimmest possible font, in dark grey, on a black background, for the minimum possible amount of light, whilst still being able to read the time. And now, all night, I have a bright shiny bar across the top, wanting me to pay money for the ‘Pro’ version. And the new icon is super-ugly, too.
So goodbye, Nice Clock. It’s been good to know you, but I’m off to find a clock app that doesn’t keep me (and my husband) awake at night.

Nice clock
This is very nice clock. Needs access to Apple's system AlarmKit and little bigger digits to fill up the empty screen space to make it fully enjoyable. Swipeable screen brightness will be a good addition too. Thank you to the developer of this clock.

Thank you a lot for your feedback, we'll have a look into it!
HATE the NiceClock Pro ad
I loved this app til recently when I noticed there is a permanent ad for NiceClock Pro that appears at the top and bottom of the screen. I use this app overnight on the lowest light possible as to not be a distraction while I try to sleep, and that stupid ad brings unnecessary brightness to the screen, which also looks like a notification. Loved this app until the ad…which is doing the company no good any because there’s no way I’ll purchase the upgraded version now. I don’t want to stare at an ad while trying to sleep.

You can hide the ad by tapping the time. It will stay hidden until you tap again.
Now not so nice, with ads
Used to love it but my version has been updated, an ad now appears on the screen. The ad is a different color and moves around, VERY distracting. Will quit using.
Response from developer
Just tap on the time and the ad is hidden.
Not for iOS 27
Used to be great, but now instantly crashes after updating to iOS 27. Contacted support, no response. This app hasn’t been updated since 7 years ago
Response from developer
Thank you for your review and your message. The App is now updated for iOS 27.

seconds are wobbling
The seconds shown on the widget are going back and forth by up to half a second and more from correct time flow of the device. Its enough to open another window for a second, then return to this app's widget, and the seconds already drifted... not to mention they are usually shifted when starting the app

App done right
Does exactly what it should, by displaying the time of day
Simple & Nice
A simple free clock and that is reliable. I use it when I teach at the university!
Stopped working
This used to be a nice app but recently it has changed and stopped working. Within 10 seconds of opening it, the screen goes black so all night you have no clock. You have to tap the screen to see the clock.

Best clock hands down
SO GOOD, THE NICEST CLOCK!!
5 stars, i wish that this could be out of ten so i could give more stars. This is an awesome app and i am so surprised that it only has 4 other ratings i thought it was famous as this played such a large role in my childhood. Thank you, NiceClock!! The nicest of them all….
The beautiful clock app
Turn your older and newer iPhone into an exquisite timepiece instrument with the beautiful clock app NiceClock. Marked by its brilliantly-sharp swiss font ‘Helvetica New’ (with color options), NiceClock is a visual experience of precision engineering. The user can personalize NiceClock’s digital face with subtle placement and format options both inside and outside the app. It’s a pleasure to download and set up. Choose your display options: 12hr or 24hr time format, day and date format, night mode; disable the date, seconds, the blinking colon. NiceClock can be conveniently displayed both vertically and horizontally. Be amazed with how a NiceClock app can make your iPhone feel even more rich and luxurious. I’m astounded, completely blown away!

Simple, elegant!
Nice Clock has given new life to several older iPhones I’ve had packed away in the drawer. Extra display options (inside the app) help customize Nice Clock to your liking. So nice!

Juste donner l’heure
Un décalage entre l’heure affichée et l’heure réel qui rend l’appli inutilisable.
Nice clock not so nice anymore
I like the app and does the job it’s intended to do but my one negative point that I give this app is the white bar that appears at the top of the screen, it says “bad gateway”. During the night when this pops on the screen it’s bright enough to make the room glow. Fix this issue and the app will be top marks in the ratings from me.
UPDATE:
Got fed up with white bar popping up on the screen of a night time and waking me up, I’m a light sleeper and this glow is enough to wake me up. Developer didn’t reply back to me with a fix for this issue so I’ve since deleted the app. Downloaded another app which so far looks good.

Top horloge de nuit !!!
Très belle horloge, design magnifique, traits fins, très sobre et sans la chiée de réglages inutiles et prise de tête qu’on trouve en général sur ce type d’application.
Facile et bien pensée, une appli que je vous recommande !!!
