Worst dinner ever!
This App is incredibly difficult to navigate and took 15 minutes to fill out an order. Overpriced and I did not get what I wanted. The burger was burnt with no fixings. The drinks were less than half full. We spent $106 for bad results.
Terrible App
Terrible! Horrible! Just a completely horrendous app. Get a clue & implement an app that doesn’t require a log in or complications trying to place a simple order!
Gift certificate FRAUD
restricting my money already payed! This app does not allow the customer to use their gift certificates unless the order is under the amount. So I have two 50$ gift certificates downloaded, if order is over 50 it will not allow me use my certificates. Should be able to have two methods of payment! Allowing both certificates to be used or allowing the remainder of the total to be put on the existing credit card! next Christmas I will NOT be purchasing ANY gift certificates from Niche unless this is fixed! Gift certificates should be able to used on the site to get all the benefits of the app! Disappointed!

Wasted time creating account and putting order only to find it stick on the payment page which wouldn’t work
