Brilliant Team and Service
We turned up early for our booking on the hottest weekend of the year. Thanks to the team on site to welcome us and show us to our table. As a party of 10, we didn't think this would be possible. Food, service and environment 10/10.
Freebies not working
Every time I go to collect my freebie either the app doesn’t work or the pub have run out of it & refuse to swap it for something else. ATM it’s a free pint of Madri but just says ‘couldn’t load’
Works do
We had our Xmas works dinner at The Carpenters Arms on Sat 14th in Windsor. The venue and quality of the food was amazing, the service and friendliness was first class. Nobody that went had a fault on the night. Very well done to all and we will definitely come back. Thank you Pete.
The railway Richmond
The railway in Richmond is one the most vibrant and welcoming pubs in Southwest London the staff here are amazing and everyone’s always laughing

Every time I open the app I am just given, on the account page, an everlasting loading circle…

App doesn’t work properly
Most of the pages of the app are blank. Not useful as can’t complete any functions
You had one job…
Website is repeating loop to book a table then says to book tables via the app and it’s the same deal. Same loop to nowhere.
Unusable, left the pub

Useless can’t find the pub shows me pubs in London 30 miles away. Won’t allow me to click on my local where remote order is provided.
Doesn’t work on original SE
The sign up form is a jumbled mess on the original SE. Text overflows boxes, buttons don’t map to the screen correctly. All M&B apps are like this. The Greene King app has exactly the same design yet it works fine. Pull your finger out M&B!

A categorically slow and painful app that freezes and doesn’t load. Quicker to keep old school and go to the bar.
Ridiculously complicated
Couldn’t even order food after 2 people trying to figure this out. App is overkill. Use a website like every other restaurant.

I just want a quick drink
Just let me quickly order a drink without all the location, Bluetooth, notifications, sign in etc.
Too complicated
Needed assistance to get to correct pub (last drop edinburgh) and cask beer, only to find St Austell brewery, makers of the dreadful Doom Bar, probably the worst cask beer in Britain, as the only draught beer. Got up and left and found a nearby pub with decent beer
No option to reset password
I already have Nicholson’s account, but don’t know the password. There’s no option to recover or reset it, so the app is completely useless.
Can’t redeem
Almost every time the wallet crashes and looses all previously purchased drinks! 25p discount ok but have never got the £1 pint!
