App sucks

It’s a good concept and it’s good in theory. The tracking is pretty good and I can always see my son‘s location, but the app constantly doesn’t work and freezes when I try to call and sometimes it won’t even let me select his name to message.

Equally Cool and Frustrating

While this app and product are great in theory - the app constantly bugs out and signs us out, has many connection issues and is not admin friendly. It doesn’t send verification codes to phones so you default to email and then can’t verify your phone number because it thinks it is associated with another watch. If we could get this to work properly, we’d like it but it’s not working and I’m ready to smash it.

Incomplete Product

The watches work fine, the app rarely works. Currently I’m the only admin on my kids watches and I’m unable to sign into the app, it says I’m not an authorized user.

I don’t have the watch but it is on MY CHRISTMAS LIST btw why are people trying to watch nickelodeon check on your family members and the watch is for even if you don’t have the app on you could still do the same thing

Don’t download this app if you don’t wanna get stuck

I downloaded this app to watch some cartoons, but then I kept talking against that on the connections map part when I just want to watch cartoons and then I accidentally signed out and now I can’t get back to that account

Loving it so far

Great watch for my little boy as it helps me locate him when he goes wandering. It also allows him to have fun and call his grandparents and cousins when needed which I find really useful as a parent.
