Doesn’t work
Midwestone’s customer. Can’t get it to work. Called customer service and they just told me they can’t see anything wrong on their end and there wasn’t anything they could do. I already hate this merger so much. Nicolet is a way worse service and they don’t care at all. I will be closing my bank account with them.

Terrible experience
Moving to Nicolet from Midwest One has been terrible. My old Midwest One login does not work on the Nicolet app or website, even though the letter said it would. I'm now locked out of my account and can't access my checking account.
To make matters worse, to unlock it I need to call Nicolet's customer service line, but the call cuts off every time I try. After 20 years with Midwest One, I'll unfortunately be switching banks :( I will be moving to Iowa State Bank.

Nicollet merger sucks
Really unhappy about the merger with Nicollet, having to buy new check stock, deposit slips/stamps, etc plus having to reconfigure direct deposit, ACH, etc in our ERP. Zero benefit to customers and poor communication
