خدمات العملاء سيئه للغايه

تجربتي معهم سيئة للغاية ، طلبت من متجر تطبيقهم بطاقة طالب بدل فاقد والمفروض توصيلها يكون خلال يومين حسب تعليمات في ايقونة الطلب ولكن استغرق توصيلها أسبوعين بعد عدة محاولات عبر التواصل مع خدمة العملاء في التطبيق والاتصال. لا يوجد لهم حسابات على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعية او موقع في المتصفح ولا إمكانية لتقييم للخدمات المقدمة
