About

Nidz is the app for shared places to live and work: residents, users and their manager, all in one place. Everything that happens where you live, at a glance. REPORT AN INCIDENT The lift is down, the intercom is silent, a pipe is leaking? Report it in four steps, with a photo. Your neighbours see it and can say “Me too”, so your manager knows how many people it affects. FOLLOW IT UNTIL IT'S FIXED Reported, in progress, resolved: you are notified at every step. When your manager proposes a solution, you confirm it and rate how it went. LIVE WITH YOUR NEIGHBOURS - Discussions: mutual help, questions, lost and found, with polls to ask everyone. - Activities: drinks on the roof terrace, a compost workshop, the neighbours' party. Sign up in one tap. - Loans: a ladder, a raclette set, a drill… borrow from next door, and lend what you have. - Messages: write to a neighbour or to your manager, one to one or in a group. YOUR PLACE AT HAND Announcements from your manager, practical info (door codes, caretaker, bin days), documents and useful contacts. WHO IS IT FOR? - Condominiums and residences: property managers, residents' councils, owners and tenants. - Serviced, student and senior residences. - Social landlords managing a large housing stock. - Shared offices, coworking spaces and any place where people live or work together with a manager. Nidz is set up by your manager. If your place is not on Nidz yet, tell them about it.
