I have been waiting for a gift card for over a month! I have contacted them and they say they try to respond within 72 hours well over a month ago I have not had any response! Customer service sucks! I put in another request today will see what happens!
Smooth running app
I’ve been using the Nielsen app for around five years now. Initially, it had a confusing interface. However, in the last two years it has been updated and revised, and now works very well. No issues.

This app works in the background. Once set up it tracks my tv and internet use. I get a few tokens a week which I can redeem for gift cards, etc. it’s well worth the trouble.

Keeps asking me to enter the Captcha details and there’s just a checkbox. So I can’t setup my account.
Incessant beeping
Hope you like having your peace ruined by a meter that beeps if you dare set it down, and also beeps whenever you put it on the charger, waking up whoever is in the room with you (because they beg that you charge it in the bedroom).

Nielsen is a company that is great to work with and their support team is always there if you need them!
Get rid of the clearly rigged game
4+ years and the only payout on that token game is 5 points consistently.

A very simple unobtrusive way to earn some extra dollars. Takes a bit of time to accumulate points but there is no effort required.

This is a wonderful panel to belong to. You really don’t have to do anything once you install the app, it just runs in the background and you just go on with whatever you are doing. The app is easy to install and no problems. I have belonged to this panel for a quite a few years now and it’s wonderful.
