Points not accruing
Don’t get it. Have not received any pts even tho I have continued to scan purchases
Not worth the time
They want you to submit every shopping trip but they don’t even allow for your answers to be stored for convenience. ie you use the same form of payment every entry but you still need to answer two separate questions about that alone. They give you 50 points a week regardless of whether you enter 1 trip or 20. You need thousands of points before you get enough for a $50 voucher. They say you can get points for surveys but in two months I’ve only seen 1 survey which makes sense since marketing surveys only work for companies when they reach a large demographic. All in all, if you want to earn money look elsewhere. If you just need busy work then this is the app for you.

I am new to the app and it’s all in French . I’m trying to figure out how this is and get English but absolutely no where do I see anything about changing the language

I prefer using Homescan scanner seemed to go faster than using my iPad

Waste of time
Even if you shop every day, you only get 150 points per week. Minimum to redeem is 9,000 points for a lousy $10. Which means it would take you 60 WEEKS (14 months) to be able to redeem for $10. Don’t waste your time, it’s your most valuable resource.

Scanner vs App
Glad I made the switch from the scanner to the app!!! App is extremely easy to use and submit your purchases. The only thing I’m missing is the beep the scanner did when you scanned a barcode. Perhaps the programmers could incorporate that into the app. 🙂
Keeps crashing
Finished scanning all the items, entered the total and submitted but then it logged me out before it was finished submitting. Now I can’t get back in, even after changing my password

Bug in latest update
Latest update has duplicated my favourites. This is really annoying as I had to delete the two duplicated stores from favourites and then add it back again….only to discover that they have been duplicated again.

Huge upgrade to the physical home scanner
So glad I have made the switch to using this app. It’s a hell of a lot more convenient, faster and easier than the physical home scanner. Love it.
