No sale or rental
I’ve been subscribed to your premium advertising package for several months but haven’t received a single rental inquiry through the platform. In addition, I’ve noticed that many listings appear to use misleading photos that don’t reflect the actual properties, which reduces user trust. I’d appreciate a review of my premium account performance and would also encourage stronger quality control over listings to improve the experience for both landlords and prospective tenants.

Relatively better than other Nigeria property search apps.
Wide ranging search parameters. Mostly easy to navigate. What I do find very worrisome is that one can find thesame property listed for vastly different prices. Also, troubling is that you will what is obviously a bungalow listed as a duplex or a semi detached building listed as fully detached and vice versa. It gives the impression that no one is monitoring or editing the listings to ensure the photos fit the word descriptions.
I have also found the same property listed as being in different areas of Lagos at the same time - in Magodo (mainland) and VGC (island) for example. This leads one to believe there are quite a number of fraudulent listings on the website. It would also be good if you can persuade the estates agents to include videos and/or photos of the neighbourhood of their properties as they do in other countries.
