Hello, I can’t seem to log into my app for about 3 months. And when I was finally able to log in , I couldn’t book tickets for another 3months . It keeps saying error or all sorts of things. Then I noticed wrong spellings on the apps. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app now I can’t log in again. Is there a different train app for iPhone users

Most useless app

The nigeria railway corporation application is the worst I have encountered.
Always saying FAILED.

Ticket expired

I bought an Abuja-Kaduna Business ticket a day before the journey and paid successfully. However, on the day of travel, the app showed me that the ticket expired. I was forced to buy another ticket at the station. During the trip, I complained to the staff who told me that the ticket is valid. The App made lost the ticket because of misinformation.

Crappy app experience.

iOS app crashes often , the mobile browser option hangs or slows to a point where you cant make an input , especially peak periods weekends making me wonder whether it’s not deliberate to force people to patronise your staff who are still scalping tickets.
