Impossible To Cancel
I have tried for a couple of years now to cancel the subscription. The collection of content here is not great, customer support is non-existent! Having to put a stop payment on the service with my bank because they keep charging me. I thought I canceled last year when I sent the request. This year I requested a refund and have been trying to reach customer service for weeks now with no response. If I delete the account, I can’t get a refund. Subscribe at your own risk!

Decent but Flawed App
If it allowed facial recognition login it would be awesome but honestly, the damn thing never remembers my password and neither do I so I largely never use it. If they fixed this, I would probably renew for next year.
Tickles the Memories
Love the presentation of a ‘time capsule’ approach with the original bumpers and promo’s. Excellent curation. Hits a sweet spot of odd nostalgia.
Huge collection of gems
I love this app! I really do wish that it would communicate across devices. Because sometimes I want to watch on my laptop and other times I want to watch on my phone. I don’t want to restart a movie if I was halfway through on another device.
Not Compatible with Apple TV
They will still charge you for it. It just won’t work.
Great but glitchy
I love Night Flight but it gets glitchy on iPad after latest iOS update.

Nostalgia Fueled Good Time
Great content; right up my alley and what I’m looking for. Tighten up the app UI, squash some bugs and you’ll have a 5 star app and service. “Continue Watching” would preferably be at the top near new arrivals.

Night Flight saved my life when I was a young teen in the 80’s it showed me there was more to the world and experimental filmmaking and music

I am so glad this app is keeping the weird alive. I remember watching might flight late night on tv and couldn’t be happier with the new apps content.
Crashes on Apple TV- Useless
Cancelled subscription because it doesn’t work on Apple TV and just crashes. Guess I’ll subscribe elsewhere. 🤷♂️
TV app doesn’t work
TV app crashes now every time I try to open it. but before that, I couldn’t even login to my account. I love the content, but they really need to fix the technology.
Scam
App claims titles are captioned. I could not find one film with subtitles or captions. Trying to cancel too and get my money back. Do not cancel through the app. I got charged even though I cancelled before the 7 day trial ended. Cancel directly through Apple. Huge scam.
Just doesn’t work.
I’ve tried for months to make this work. I can only get the streaming channels (3). All the other content crashes the app. I’m using Apple TV, second and third (current) generations. As well, I have to log in through the web on a QR code every time I start the up the app. It just doesn’t work.

A+ content, minor frustrations
i tend to use this app casting from my phone to my tv, but when i enable captions the video plays on my tv and the captions roll on my phone. super weird.
Love the service, Hate the app!
The service is Amazing! The app needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. It crashes all the time and it lacks the ability to restart from where you left off. You have to fast forward through everything you already watched and you don’t get a visual reference onscreen and have to guess when to play again. Also if you leave it for more than a week you have to log in again and for some reason I can’t use my Apple keychain. Needs a lot of work in order for me to pay for another year when my subscription expires.

Love the service, not the app…
The app is also now only showing 2 channels when using the Guide.
The service is great, however when using the Guide section sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. When it doesn’t, have to exit the Guide and return to the Browse section and choose Night Flight TV. This morning I noticed the Guide didn’t match what was being played on the Night Flight TV live stream.
If the app gets a few fixes it would be awesome!
