Good, but room for improvement
I like this app! I use it a lot. The only thing is that lately it hasn’t been lining up my volume buttons and the sound dile. (So sorry I spelled that wrong idk how to spell it) other than that this app is great! I highly suggest it to you.

App glitched my iPad
I downloaded this app and it started glitching and froze my ipad, had to force restart it, then I deleted the app

The app crashed my iPad
I downloaded this app for a crochet light so I don’t disturb my roommate. I stepped away for a bit to take a bathroom break and when I came back my iPad was glitching out. I couldn’t restart it because it wouldn’t turn off the light. It was stuck on the light, glitching entirely. Sometimes it would go black but it would still be on. Sometimes it wouldn’t turn on. My iPad completely crashed and I was very worried it was unsalvageable. I had to contact Apple support to be able to completely restart my iPad.

Subscription cancellation
I am disappointed due to the fact I have been roped into a subscription that I cannot find a way of getting out of - nothing clear on the app or any email received so how do I leave this?

Monthly subscription for a night light!?
I am very grumpily writing this at 4am. Just wanted a simple night light, i am quite open to even spending £5 for a one off app.

This app heats up my iPad like no other app I’ve used….and I’ve used some very cpu-intensive apps. What would cause such heat in a simple nightlight app? I’ll let you decide. Just be forewarned.

Downloaded this app 2023. Although I only used it occasionally it has a pleasing design and it worked very well. Unfortunately an update January 2025 that implied was simply a bug fix etc, turned into a subscription app with some of the colours previously available now locked unless you subscribe per month. Sadly, since I use it infrequently, this model is not suitable. A one-off payment would be, however. Since my previous review, the developer has contacted me (via the review on iPhone ) and said the old colours are now unlocked. They are considering a one-time payment option. Here’s hoping… PS On the Mac App Store the in app purchase option is simply £2.99, implying it’s a one-time purchase. On the iPhone App Store, the £2.99 is for a month’s subscription.

very appreciative
i made a complaint and the developer reached out. i am appreciative of the fact my concerns were addressed and handled very nicely and appropriately. the issue is fixed and now i can go back to enjoying this nightlight. i tried others and it wasn’t as good as this one.

Sadly Deleted Due to Subscription
Rather disappointed to update this app only to find that I have to subscribe monthly to unlock the new colours etc and that some old colours are now locked. Fair enough, but there’s no warning. Also your description still states 100% free - twice! What a pity that there’s no option to buy outright - as I’m only an occasional user it’s not worth subscribing. Such a nice app too, which I have now deleted. PS what does the “Restore” button do? It doesn’t revert to old version, more’s the pity.
