Charged for cancelled sub
I cancelled a subscription and was subsequently charged for two months AFTER I cancelled.
Misleading free trial
App itself is fine, but the “7 day free trial” is not free. I was charged $5.99 for it. Then I canceled before the trial was over and was still charged for the second week.

Ridiculous subscription price
Good simple app. I just needed a simple image with white noise, and was willing to buy it to get rid of ads (because who wants to have ads in their night light while they sleep - especially because this is for my kids), and the cost is $7.99 a week! Absurd. This should be like a $5 purchase
GLITCH
I paid for a subscription, but it kept telling me I needed to pay for subscription so I can’t actually use any features that I paid for. So until the glitch is fixed, I’ve canceled my subscription because I’m not going to pay for something that doesn’t work.

Subscription glitch
Would have loved the app but paid the membership fee so it would play in background so I could also play my own music and app kept telling me to purchase what I already paid for. Tried deleting and reinstalling multiple times, hitting restore purchase but nothing worked. Fee is small but it's the principle of it. Otherwise it'd be four stars. Will try again down the road to see if glitch is fixed.

Update sucks
The new stupid update keeps turning up the brightness fullll max, no matter how many times you turn it off, it just returns to full brightness. Defeats the whole purpose of unwinding….

Would pay to remove ads if there were real photos not AI generated ones

I like this app as it is relaxing especially on a rainy day!! You can have added rain to thunderstorms or even fire options in terms of flames are concerned!! I’ve been having this app for a few years now and I enjoy it!! To bad they don’t have more options!!
