Design is really bad on iPhone
The affordances for the top and bottoms interface elements (on iPhone 14 pro) are really bad, the buttons overlap with the bottom home indicator bar, and the close buttons at the top left are barely usable because they collide with the iPhone status bar/clock. Very bad interface design.
Tickets
I used to love nightout as I was able to buy tickets directly in the app without being lead to another website. Now, I’m directed to another website where I have to put in all this info that nightout used to do for me. Tickets are no longer accessible on the app because the tab was removed. I have to get my tickets texted to me or emailed. I miss the days where I could pull my tickets up on the app and have all my tickets to shows on one page. Hopefully it can return to its original ways ❤️

Date of birth field is broke on account sign up.
One very bad bug
This app is normally great but I can’t manage to get in every time I try to get in with Face ID it fills in the password but then the password goes away after I hit go, I need to be able to sign in and access my tickets !
Won’t display properly
So, downloaded the app and it doesn’t display properly on my iPhone, looks like overlapping input fields and graphics to large for the iPhone screen.
The Worst Ticketing App
Don’t expect to be able to view tickets you purchased in the app as they often disappear, and customer support is apparently non-existent.
They claim to respond to customer support requests within a few hours but after missing an event last night that I am 100% sure I was charged for due to app error, I will do anything I possibly can to avoid this service in the future and you should too.

It seems to be a very great app but you should add features that include city’s near by your location within different mile radius, And add recommendations from purchases you may like, but still not bad if you don’t mine looking up the cities around you. And the names of people

Very easy to buy to buy tickets and show them on your phone and show them at the gate.
Ageism
Apparently, this app can’t record a date of birth before 1970. I guess if you’re over 50 no party for you. Well, I got news for you there are quite a few of us fifty somethings who still enjoy going out. Not because we are trying to recapture youth, we love music and are still able to dance. In fact I’d challenge the maker of the app to a dance off and you can show me what you got. It is an absolute disgrace and someone needs to fix this. In the meantime, I’ll support RA!

Not what I expected.
App did not download. Could not get anything. Paid for an app that doesn’t work.
Didn’t see enough EDM shows
Cool app, cool idea, but the primary reason I would be using it, would be for raves/festivals and food. There are not many festivals around me but lots of raves (not appearing on the app).
Can’t signup
This app doesn’t let me sign up and also didn’t report which prob it was. 5 mins failing try to signup with different options was the end of it. Bad UX.
Can't open app
App crashes immediately every time I try to open. I reinstalled and restarted phone. At a convention with no access to this app.

What about kids?
This app features only adult entertainment. Mostly music concerts. For someone who doesn’t drink and has kids, this app is not the way to go.
