Night Owl Needs IT help

Night Owl needs some major IT upgrades there to just run basic system functions.. Love the product, to bad the app is useless will definitely be going with another system in the future!

Nite owl Lite stopped working with new IOS Updates

I have used Nite Owl Lite for years with my iPhone, various models. After a recent IOS upgrade the app won’t open at all. I get the opening screen and then it closes right away. I’ve done nothing but kept IOS ip to date.

Don’t waste your money

The cameras are good quality but the application is garbage. A baby could have made a better app.

Do not buy!!!

Might as well not even have a camera system. I’ve tried all of the apps and only the NightOwl Connect will show live feed and it lags so much it’s useless. I’m taking this thing back to get a refund.

Domain

Does anyone know if the Night Owl 1080p HD 2.0 will work with this app if I buy a domain? I have the Night Owl X app but the video is kinda choppy on my iPhone. I want clear quality video on an app. Thanks

Hello, Unfortunately, the Night Owl Lite Application was meant to be used by analog DVRs and the connection differs from the Night Owl 1080p Product Series. if you have recently upgraded your DVR to a 1080p Sytem you may use the Night Owl HD application.

Works half of the time

It works but you have to constantly delete and request the domain online because the IP address keeps changing to 1.0.0.0 after you look at the app once

Finally updated. Audio support needed.

Changed my review since app is finally updated for ios11. If there is a way to add audio that would be fantastic

NOT working with LTE Data Plan Network

Please update for LTE Mobile Data plan! Asap!!
It only works with wifi! No Mobile Data Plan

ISO 11

The app now works with iOS 11 however when I switch from one set of cameras to the next it disconnects and will not reconnect to the cameras. It changes a setting in the DVR and I have to go back to the dvr and set it back to static in the network settings. I hope this is easily resolved I am starting to not have faith in the night owl system anymore. I’ll ruff it out for a few more months hopefully they can get it corrected

opened app and automatically closes app on upon opening...this is all after the new update...can this be fixed soon are do we have to wait another few years for an update?
