I need this out during a desert festival. It was perfect to see.
Pretty, but not useful
Even when holding still the map can’t figure out where i’m actually looking. i’m looking at something above me:the app says it’s below the horizon for another hour. i rotate to the left by have a handful of degrees to find something different: it spins me a full 180 and makes me look at the ground at stars that are supposed to be beneath my feet. the app moves slow, and i can’t trust what it gives me as accurate. but hey, at least it looks pretty.

Needing a subscription to search for a star in a “free” Constellation app is hilarious.
At this rate, I give us an optimistic 20 years before we’ll all have to pay for oxygen subscriptions. Don’t download.

Hard to use with the latest update
This was an app I used for many years and really enjoyed it. The latest update on my iPhone makes it incredibly difficult because it gives too much info and turning off, the filters is very hard. I think I’ll be canceling my subscription.

4 Reasons
1. The search function when you try to favorite something is broken, so I have to scroll through every object to find the one I want. Then when I do find it, I click it, then press the check button in the upper right corner and it does nothing. Then I just give up on that but it won’t let me exit the screen, so I have to close then reopen the app
2. There is WAY to much background noise. There should be a way to filter out ‘less important’ stars.
3. Too many popup ads. Whenever I accidentally open the search menu and I scroll down it immediately opens up the shop/store menu. You should just add a singular button to get premium, and add a “Don’t Show Again” button for the popups.
4. As a sci-fi fan, I want to look at (real) stars that I read about in my books. But when I searched up Tau Ceti, nothing appeared, as if it was non-existent.
In conclusion, I think that this app has a lot of potential but is littered with bugs and has an annoying user interface.

Constant ads kills the vibe
You zoom in AD, you search for something AD, you click an icon AD. Makes the app really annoying to use when your just trying to see what star your looking at

Unfortunately very slow
Phone starts to get very hot when the app is running. There are a lot of unnecessary animations that probably contribute to how slow and glitchy the app gets when you are trying to look around the sky map. I couldn’t find an option to disable them so deleted the app since I could barely use it. However, the feature that the map adjusts with which way you turn is pretty cool.

Best stargazing app I’ve seen!!
This app is great!! The fact I can see planets up close, do puzzles about the planets, stars, galaxies etc!! And that you can change the sky colors too is insanely cool, and it’s nice that you can get information about what you clicked, see where it’s going in the future or where it went in the past, this app is just overall great!! It’s also cool that you can se the inside of the planets is nice too!!! If your gonna get this app or looking forward to, DO IT!! This app is amazing!
