Terrible app and service and impossible to cancel!!!
This app never works properly for me and has been a nightmare to deal with: constantly having to restart Nightscout Pro (and my site), errors with my blood glucose updating in real time, etc. I made an Alexa skill for Nightscout Pro and the rare times that Nightscout Pro worked properly, it was great… but like I said, I’m tired of constant restarts and slow data syncing.
Customer support has been very unhelpful as well. Out of desperation, I asked him via email to cancel my account. He insisted the problem is ME, and that if I had set it up properly, it would be working fine. I set it up perfectly, however, and I have a strong tech background. I know for a fact that there have been others who’ve had issues with this app (including some other 1-star ratings here). And he won’t cancel my account for me. I’ve been unsuccessful every time I’ve tried to cancel via the app or website.
I have been trying to cancel this service since January, so that it wouldn’t renew for February (or now MARCH, since they’re now trying to charge me for that as well). It has been 100% impossible to do so. Because of this, I’ve been having to keep a $0 balance in that bank account so that they won’t be able to successfully charge me again!!!
They’re still trying to charge me for February as well, even though the service is always paid in advance… meaning no payment in February meant no service in February! So why are you still trying to charge me for service I didn’t even have?! Same goes for March!
I just wanted to CANCEL THIS SERVICE!!! It is my right to do so!

Fails to generate reports
The App interface is fine, it loads, logs me in, shows my Nightscout data from Loop fine. However every time I try to run a report in the App, it stalls and only loads 20% of the time which is quite frustrating when I’m on the fly trying to figure stuff out and don’t have a computer handy. Hope this can be fixed soon.

Amazing
This app is user friendly, clear and works so well. We wouldn't be able to use loop and remote bolusing for our daughter's diabetes if it wasn't for Andy and all the development he has done!
