Not useful as a reading light
Super simple, which I appreciate. No ads or selling. However the screen dims after a short time (based on my phone settings) so it is no good as a night light for reading books. Would rather a version that could override auto dimming.

Perfect EXCEPT FOR...
This app is one of the best I've used or seen in years however, the fact that the manufacturer has for so long failed to provide basic and essential privacy information is a HUGE problem. Well, APPLE is partly at fault here for releasing this without enforcing its disclosure requirements on this, this manufacturer truly has no excuse for failing to give customers this info given the amount of time this thing has been on the market. A customer is left to then conclude the app may be a means to hack and phish 😉... !

Pleasantly Simple
I was looking for a simple low-light emitter that was easy to adjust and preferably displayed the time. This app ticks both of those boxes.

Goes really dim without altering iPhone brightness. Also no fiddling with buttons etc. just up down swiping anywhere adjusts brightness which is handy when stargazing etc and preserving night vision. Simple and effective. Great app!
Amazing - does 100% and not more
This app does exactly what I need, that I use as a torchlight at night where I can quickly quickly and easily adjust the brightness by swiping up and down
It also shows the date and time, which I don’t need but it is also not in the way.
You can change the colour to one single other choice, which is standby small button which I’ve never accidentally so again I don’t mind that it’s there.

Brightness level in app only!!
The brightness of the red light changes the screen display in app only. Other apps would change the brightness on my actual phone. The red can go soo dim. Perfect for using my phone in the middle of the night as a flashlight. This was exactly what I was looking for!!!

Very cool
I wish there was more colors, like green and blue- but still it’s amazing. There’s a clock, date, and 2 colora to choose, and they don’t really hurt the eye either.
