About Niibu Niibu is a marketplace that connects users with independent providers of real world services across beauty, wellness, health, dining, travel, and lifestyle. Users discover providers, book appointments, and pay for services that are scheduled and delivered in person by those providers at their own locations. Niibu does not sell digital goods, in app content, subscriptions to app features, or feature unlocks. Payment model and compliance Every transaction in Niibu is a payment for a real world service that is consumed entirely outside the app. Examples include a salon appointment, a spa treatment, a dining reservation, and a travel booking, each fulfilled by a third party provider offline. Under Guideline 3.1.3(e), Goods and Services Outside of the App, these payments are collected using a method other than in-app purchase. We process them through [Stripe / your processor] and offer Apple Pay at checkout for a native payment experience. For clarity, we confirm the following for review: Niibu sells no digital goods, subscriptions to app functionality, in game currency, premium digital content, or feature unlocks consumed within the app. Every charge maps to a specific real world service delivered by a provider offline. Because no digital goods or in app functionality are sold, Guideline 3.1.1 does not apply to these transactions, and Guideline 3.1.3(e) requires that we collect them outside of in-app purchase. The app contains no buttons, links, or calls to action that steer users toward external web checkout for digital goods. Payment for the booked real world service is handled inline. Where a service is delivered as a real time, one to one experience between a user and a provider, payment is collected under Guideline 3.1.3(d), Person to Person Experiences.
