Horrible Support - Steals Money
The workouts and coaches at Nike Strength Austin are really amazing! They make this gym special and the main reason I stayed as long as I did. I left the gym because of personal circumstances, not the quality of the classes.
Unfortunately, my experience with Nike Studios' support has been so poor that I will not be returning to any Nike gym locations.
The app stopped working entirely, making it impossible to book classes. When I requested cancellation, I received no response despite numerous follow-up emails to multiple support addresses and even escalating through a head coach. I was still charged after my cancellation was on record, and a previously issued account credit was never returned.
Austin has too many incredible gyms to put up with this. If you're considering Nike Studios, know that the coaches are exceptional but if you ever have a billing issue or need to cancel, you may be completely on your own.

It’s nike. Why isn’t this app better?
First of all, I just downloaded the update and I noticed they took away the “Cancel Membership” button. Shady.
Other than that, this app feels like it’s missing a lot for a company with as many resources as Nike. While it looks nice and has never really been buggy for me, it doesn’t have calendar integration, it doesn’t send you notifications if you’ve been accepted into a class from the waitlist, it doesn’t allow you to sort or hide other studios in the Book section (Why would I want to scroll through a bunch of Texas studios every time I book a class if I live in CA?), and it doesn’t allow you to favorite studios or change your home studio (for all-access members). I’m an all-access member and have found myself booking more at a different studio than the one I signed up in. I’ve been trying for months to change my home studio to the new one because it would be slightly less annoying to book in the app. However the studio manager is not responsive and seems to be dodging me whenever I bring this up. Unreliable management just amplifies how annoying the app is to use. I’m considering cancelling my membership because the combined irritating-ness of management being unhelpful and not being able to modify this stuff in-app myself.

History section doesn’t work
When I click History, I’m shown a number of classes that I’ve taken in the past. However, it doesn’t backtrack all the way to when I started, so there’s no way to track total number of classes taken. Furthermore, when I try to view a past class taken (by clicking on “View”), the whole app times out. I’ve raised these concerns for almost a YEAR now with no resolution. Nobody is fixing this, and it’s frustrating. Lastly, would be nice to sync scheduled classes to a calendar (Google preferably).

Having problems
I cannot book and I already have a membership and is not recognized by the app. It was working and now I need to go to the website or call, and is not reflecting the booked or waitlist activities that I have . Please help

[Bug] stops music when app is open
I’ve been enjoying the app. Wanted to report a bug I noticed. When a different app (like Spotify) is playing music when opening the Nike app, the music stops. It is impossible to have an app playing audio in the background while the Nike app is open.
Few key updates please!
A few things would make it so much better. First, when you open the app please let us see our current reservations. Second, I see someone already asked a year ago for reservations to be automatically added to your calendar. This is very cumbersome compared to most other booking apps!

Please add the function of having all your gym class reservations automatically populate the Apple calendar app on the iPhone. Thank you!!

Great overall app - please add the ability for classes booked to automatically be added to the calendar. Creates friction to book a class and have to add it to the calendar separately.
