Смысл???

Не могу понять, зачем просят скачать приложение? Пытаюсь зарегистрироваться- ошибка «невозможно зарегистрировать нового пользователя» . Подумала, что может я есть в базе и надо сбросить пароль, при нажатии кнопки Восстановить происходит ничего. Нет обработчика ошибок, не стоят заглушки и нет возможности связаться с разработчиком, чтобы проблему решили. ОЧЕНЬ «УДОБНО»!
