The game requires 35 SC to cash out. I had 44 SC. 1 SC = $1. When I attempted to redeem, my rewards had been split between $16 bonus cash and $28 redeemable cash. I was verified in minutes & have still not received my withdrawal request, 4 days later, it still says in review. The only way to communicate is with a bot . I have played on several sites, this App will take your money as quickly as you can put into it but they don’t want to payout… The debit/credit card withdrawals are supposed to be transferred to your card in no longer than 3 hours, like I said it’s been 4 days. STAY AWAY! DEVELOPER CONTACT DOESN’T WORK
UPDATE #4 since they keep replying acting like they are helping. Has been 33 days since I emailed them, nothing in response. Automated App Store response ignores my review stating I cannot access the app to access customer service since they locked my account. No real response from them the entire time. Insane company without a working contact email.
