They’re living in 2002

In the name of security and compliance they ask for 6 different documents like recipients PAN card, KYC etc etc.

Too complicated process. Better off using Xoom or Remitly, never had any security or compliance issues with them by only using recipients bank account id, IFSC code.

Additionally, our risk system flagged a discrepancy: your account is registered in the USA, but there was an access attempt from India within a very short time frame, approximately 30 minutes. Furthermore, the transaction was made to a business rather than an individual. In compliance with FinCEN and FIUIND regulations, we must conduct KYC and KYB verification.
