So laggy and janky
I have not ever written an app review but this app has got to be one of the most jankiest and laggiest apps I’ve ever used. So slow, keeps logging me out and makes logging in difficult and time consuming. Please make the user experience smooth, seamless, and BETTER.

i never write reviews for things but omg. literally EVERY TIME i open up my messages to speak with my tutor this app crashes. i can’t receive a single message without it crashing and refusing to refresh for the new message i received

It has been lagging since one month. I am facing so many problems to accept the bookings.

Versatile!
Great app that helps me get virtual support as an international student. This is a much better option than what was offered before Covid, very happy my University has made the switch so I can get virtual help on my own time schedule.
