App unusable
I have used this app in the past and my son loved it. I just purchased the year subscription and the game will not open! All the specs eg/ iPad model, iOS version, app version etc are good, but it is completely unusable and I have wasted $30. Apple are refusing to refund me as the app will open to let me access the profile, but attempting to access the content/game immediately crashes the app.

Doesn’t work after buying subscription
My daughter loved the game, especially the hospital. So we bought the subscription.. now the hospital doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried reinstalling, turn the tablet off, etc.. nothing works. Waste of money unless that gets fixed..

Crashing!!!
It is very annoying to purchase the app and it keeps crashing, it’s ridiculous and no way to contact anyone! Seems that they are just taking money and doing nothing about it zero stars if I could. Looks like I have to request a refund now for a second time!

I hate this game soooooooomuch. It doesn’t let you play when you press the play button it waits for a few seconds and then goes back to the home screen.
App Bugs
My daughter is 3. She likes the app, but it crashes often. I have paid for a year subscription yet the Doctor missions are bugged. She is no longer able to do any doctor tasks. I have uninstalled the app and refreshed her progress, and that works, but once she completes a few missions she can no longer access any doctor missions. It just opens and you can do nothing on the screen. The just stand there and do nothing. I’m tired of resetting and uninstalling the app just so she can play doctor missions again. Also, I don’t understand the highlights of the School, the farm, and pizza place having stars around them on the area views…. What does this mean? There are no new games and the progress isn’t showing something special for those areas. Overall I will it would stop crashing, the bug for the doctor missions are bugged be fixed cause it’s unplayable right now, and features to edit difficulty or edit a profile made. Cause creating a new profile keeps the same settings, so I’m forced to uninstall just to allow her to play missions or see new challenges. I will not be paying for a new subscription when this one expires unless fixes are done.

Won’t play on IPAD
This is a great game. My 4 year old loves it so much we got her her own iPad to play it on but the game makes it to the play screen and when you press play it kicks you out to the main iPad screen. It’s running on iso 17.7 so that’s not the issue. Even factory reset and reloaded game. Still not working.

I downloaded and paid for the game and it won’t even open as soon as it comes to press play it just closes the app about every time I tried restarting my device I tried on downloading it and re-downloading it. please fix this or I’m just gonna cancel my subscription.

Great game
Great game. Well worth paying for the full version. I wish it was available on androids though. I cannot get it on any of the kids devices. They have to have mine to play it. My daughter 4 asks me to play this a good 3-4x a day. It’s cute and educational.

We’ve had this game before and my son loved it but this time we just paid for a subscription and it will not open! We’ve been paying for a subscription for over a week now and everytime we open it we choose our player 1 option then it just closes out the app and starts over again and then does it again and again! Very frustrating!
