Failure for app yo open
I downloaded this app on work and personal phone. Paid for both to no avail. App will not open. I’m using IPhone. 13. Very disappointed. I would like a full refund . The lady thing I need in an emergency is a app designed to assist with critical crises doesn’t work .
Needs updating
This is a great resource and app. But no one is using iPhone 4 or 5’s anymore please update the app for modern resolutions and iPad support

iOS says it slows down my iPhone and will not be supported in the next version.
Lots of the graphics do not support resize, many to small to read.

5+ Years Without an Update???!
Seriously. Very disappointed that the developers haven't updated this app. No longer useable with the current iOS version. Unsatisfactory given the high cost of the app.

The app has great information but the developers need to get their heads out of the sand and give it an update. It frequently freezes to the point I have to uninstall and reinstall it. Also the app hasn't been updated to support the new iPhones with larger screens. I paid $15 for an app that is worthless every time I need it most. Update this crap please.

Like the other reviewers, wish it worked
Worked the first couple days then freezes and does nothing, and tight when I needed I might add! Great descriptions, from what I remember. Would definitely like a note pad and all the pertinent forms needed to at least work from. 14 duckets? Quite expensive for something that doesn't work. They need to open an IMC for their app and get their guys working on fixing it.

Keeps Freezing
I don't know what it is, but since I purchased this app it has not worked properly. No matter if I shut it off, or reinstall it, it still won't work. I hope they come up with a fix for this with print capabilities and form access.
Not worth the cost.
I was hoping this had some useful tools for when on deployment. It's a basic reference guide about what people do. That's it.
When I'm working, I don't need a description of my job, I need forms and checklists to DO the job. For the cost, I figured this would have that stuff. It doesn't. Waste of money for me.

Great App But Non Responsive
I think this is a fantastic app. Has a lot of detailed information when it works. The problem that I have is that when I go to launch the app it doesn't respond. I have to delete it and re-install it. Would be great to have this fixed because I am looking for an alternative app. Hopefully this can be corrected.

Not worth $14
This app is definitely not worth $14. It has no glossary or acronym look up, no form information of any kind (ICS is very form heavy), no job aids that would help you in your section. It also does not reflect the new Intel section chief position or subdivisions.

Works Half of the time
Great app great concept only works half of the time. Needs updated.

Worked really good except not able to printout and use or handout to those working in command structure. IOS 8 it does nothing but FREEZE UP. PLEASE HELP, great tool with fix for IOS 8 and print capability!!!

Want to like it, but...
Paper works better and is faster. This app does not allow for printing or use in landscape mode. There is no native iPad version. Good try, but not ready for prime time in either the ICP or EOC. Nice as a casual reference during downtime.

The program does not have print capabilties. If the program have the abilty to print the created document, I would give it a higher rating. The creator of this program should have known the the Federal Government does everything on paper, especially documents.
