The app has so much unresponsive functionality. It says link ID, but there’s no option to do so. Trust index cant be updated.
Can’t link or delink phone number
It’s so disgusting how I can’t delink an unauthorized number and link a number… the developer is wrecked.

The facial authentication kept failing for me and refused to work for my son because he was a baby when his NIN registration was done

This is the most useless app I have seen. The other NIMC app was working very perfectly until they brought this one. For months now I’ve been stuck at trying to do face verification.
