Never been able to get past facial authentication. Even with the recent updates. But none of this is surprising right? I mean it would be surprising if it worked seamlessly so everything is as expected

This is the most useless app I have seen. The other NIMC app was working very perfectly until they brought this one. For months now I’ve been stuck at trying to do face verification.

Downloading E ID Card
How do we download the E -ID card from the app. There’s no option for that on the menu. Please help.
Bad app
With all the lightening, it still fails to verify. It takes forever to work.
App was created to be downloaded but not used.
Tell me why with all the lightings in the world, it keeps saying ensure you’re in a well lit room and your face not covered. Even if you take a trip to the sun for lighting, this app wouldn’t work. They have to bug it so people would have to be physically present for money in their pockets. Sadly nothing would still be done about this.
