Permanent card
I want to remove permanent card as it auto charged when I not feel like to spend money on right now but I don’t know how. Asking customer service is pointless as I dont receive any response
Late game
Late game has become all P2P and limit growth for F2P. The useful in game events are random and more the half of them are just to purchase characters with money. Other then it being a money grab it is very fun at the beginning of the game and good character content if you like Naruto.

I like the pixel idea but something about the game just feels super clunky. If you have played idle phone games you will know what I’m talking about 5-10 min into playing. Some ease of access things are locked behind pay, which is whatever but others are just choices in game design. I just think it could be executed better with a similar theme.

Pay to win
This game is bad, can't level up after a certain point, I spend so much money just to not get me far, development is never there won't respond for days and when they do they either never understand the problem or don't really care to do anything about it they just want to get as much money out of you as they can, not to mention you the events are extremely shorts, if you don't pay you won't get any good rewards no matter how many gems you spend unless your spending actual money you will not get anything good, been playing for over 2-3 weeks, played it everyday none stop and I made almost no progress and I payed over 120$ in this game to still make no progress

Ads lie
I downloaded this game when I saw the ad saying that I would have 1000 recruitment, but unfortunately I didn’t have it. The game seems to be nice but I’m not gonna play bacause of that lie.
Very enjoyable
As a naruto fan this game is sick, very fun collecting all my favourite characters. However does take a long time to progress in later stages without spending money. Some of the purchases are just so much like £50 for a pass. If they made it like £5 or £10 they would get more sales and players would be happier. Pure greed is ruining it

Great game, cool graphics. But its a testament to greed of micro transactions games, everything is expensive and not doesn’t have good value for the money spent. It cheaper to buy the characters then play the rigged mini games which you can never win unless you spend money on it. Pulls are horrendous i mean bad!!. I wish DEV team would not treat it like a cash grab, great potential in this game.

Lost all progress
Game will not let me log in or load up the game just says my account is blocked for no reason and after all the money I spent on the game all of it’s just lost. Worthless game

Fun (in app purchase heavy) game but if you ever need any customer support, you wont get it.
They dont respond for days and even when they do, they dont understand the problem and give you a copy/paste unhelpful response.

great game. terrible customer service. has put money into the game and for some reason when i try to log in it says my account has been blocked. unsure why this would happen. and nobody to reach out to.

Pay to win / cash grab
This game is money hungry. Almost everything is paywalled. Not much to do after you reach a certain level. The biggest pain about this game is leveling up your characters… what a nightmare. Not only do you need duplicate copies of the character you’re trying to upgrade, you need to feed other characters of the same level into them in order for the upgrade to happen. Meaning you must summon for characters endlessly. Pull rates are garbage, so good luck trying to get what you need. I hope the leveling system gets updated to something that makes sense and easier. The constant mini events are also garbage, forcing you to pay real money in order to complete the event. I don’t think I’ve ever played a game that was paywalled this hard before. You get very little in return if you do end up spending, so it’s better not to. Game progression is also slow due to the difficulty of leveling up your characters. Do better devs, you take the “in app purchase” aspect of mobile games too far. Also there seems to be a lack of clarity regarding in game functions, why isn’t there a Q/A section to find information on how certain game options work? Reaching out to customer service, they give very short/unclear responses to questions so not much help.

Not worth unless you want to spend
Let me start off by stating the core gameplay of this game is not bad and is quite fun and enjoyable, characters have cool animations for skills and good looks and overall I enjoy getting new dudes and leveling my squad. However nothing in this game comes for free. The idle rewards are abysmal they rarely put a dent into your resources bc you’ll be spending them far faster than you’ll ever get them. Secondly all purchases are made to steal you money. Rarely any of the packs in the game have any value to them at all and would be laughable if they weren’t so incredibly greedy. Want the new character that’s blatantly op, spend $100. You want gems pay more money to get less gems. That’s partially the case. With a store designed to make you look at one purchase and think for $5-10 more I could get even better value. I like this game but don’t like the developers. I really hope something will be done to clean this game up and make it more consumer friendly and add things to do without a pay to play feature. But this developer has created only one game and I suspect this is just a money grab considering the marketing and micro transactions within the game. With that being said don’t get attached unless your willing to spend.

Good game
Game is fun, many challenges and rewards. Your able to advance without paying money. Able to unlock your favourite characters. Give it a try and play for a few hours it’s work it. 5/5 good Naruto game to chill and play. Some effort required.
