Complete nightmare
Their design tool is an absolute nightmare. All I wanted was for transfers with basically the same information just a different image and I’d have to re-create it every time and then when I would re-create the first one that I made would disappear took me days to try to do something.. I will say with a different project. Their shipping was phenomenal and fast and the quality is good but actually designing. It is a nightmare and I’ll never use them again. It could easily be solved by being able to save the image or go back and duplicated and edit it. AI feature two is extremely lacking.

Ninja transfers gives the artist freedom to design without the hassle of printing out themselves. All the designer. Needs your work creating a gang DTF cut out and press at home. It’s as easiest 123.

Poor quality
I ordered 10 transfers for my t shirts. Some of them were bent in the packaging and on top of that 20+ minutes of ironing on the patch and it never fully transferred to the t shirts. Brand new t shirts and horrible transfers.

Full cart empties when adding new items!!!
App constantly empties my cart. It’s so aggravating when I’m adding multiple types of things to cart and only the last item is there. I had 14 DTF transfers in my cart and then I went to add 2 blank hoodies and everything disappeared. At this point why bother. I only had one successful order.

Top Notch DTF Transfers
I ordered my first batch of transfers from you guys a month ago for band merch and myself along with all the members in my band are extremely impressed with the quality of the final product. The designs heat pressed onto our shirts with ease and they look professional to say the least. The final finish looks like it’s part of the fabric and not the cheap vinyl that looks like it’s going to peal away after a few washes. Just put in another order for more plus sized shirts. My band Thus Spoke will be using Ninja DTF transfers for future designs. We appreciate you guys! 🤘🤘

Shipping issues
Below was my first review and I don’t think I’ve ever come back and done a second review but here it is. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and made another order. I paid top $$ for “guaranteed 2-day delivery” I’m on the fourth business day still no delivery. This is terrible for my business and unfortunately I won’t be giving them a third chance. Unreliable.
I’m really hoping they get a better handle on shipping. Shipping is very pricey on regular orders and it takes a couple of weeks. One of my orders that I paid $$$ for faster shipping got lost and was never received. For individuals doing business, this is not reliable for “when” you’ll get it…even the shipping details end up being wrong so you just never know when you’ll get it.

App offered service they could not provide- so they refunded a portion of my money but would not cancel the order all within a hour of placing it. Worst customer service hands down!
