Shipping issues
Below was my first review and I don’t think I’ve ever come back and done a second review but here it is. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and made another order. I paid top $$ for “guaranteed 2-day delivery” I’m on the fourth business day still no delivery. This is terrible for my business and unfortunately I won’t be giving them a third chance. Unreliable.
I’m really hoping they get a better handle on shipping. Shipping is very pricey on regular orders and it takes a couple of weeks. One of my orders that I paid $$$ for faster shipping got lost and was never received. For individuals doing business, this is not reliable for “when” you’ll get it…even the shipping details end up being wrong so you just never know when you’ll get it.

They will Scam you!
App offered service they could not provide- so they refunded a portion of my money but would not cancel the order all within a hour of placing it. Worst customer service hands down!

easy ordering from my phone
the ninja transfers app has become really convenient for ordering dtf transfers and blank apparel from my phone. before, the app could be alot to deal with when it froze, showed a white screen, or kicked me back while i was trying to move an order forward. i still love the transfers themselves, and the app now feels much closer to the easy, on-the-go ordering people talk about instead of having to open a laptop. uploading art, checking shirts, and getting through the order steps has felt definately smoother for me lately. i like being able to scroll, look at options, and keep my designs moving without losing my place when i am building a gang sheet and pressing shirts myself at home. i really appreciate being able to recieve a steadier experience when i am trying to finish quick little projects. the app feels faster than fighting with a mobile browser, and it makes ordering from ninja transfers feel simple again. thank you for listening to the app feedback and making it less interupted when i just need to upload, order, and get back to work.

Freeze, non navigable
The app is a good comcept but it tends to freeze when i press home, and when i want to upload an image in the “blank” section it does not let me continue.

I hate everything about this app. It constantly glitches kicks you off, makes you restart, makes you sign repeatedly, and makes you verify that you're a human multiple times! It is nothing short of horrible and impossible to get anything done. The transfers are great if you can actually pull off a miracle and order any.
