My issues started when I reported problems with this app and Ninja Van's poor service. Every time I open the app, it requests Bluetooth access. I inquired within the app, asking, "Why do you need Bluetooth? There’s no function related to that here." After that, it never asked again. I became scared and disabled the camera and other permissions, but I kept the app because I still need it. Lately, I'm considering switching to other reliable delivery services that don't make me feel uncomfortable or insecure.

Worst app
Terrible experience. The app constantly logs me out, forcing me to reinstall it repeatedly. It’s a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating. Not useful at all definitely not what we want from a delivery service.
