Yeh it’s a scam. Paid for their “Pro Unlimited” subscription, went to start a chat and it asked me to pay for credits… so what did i pay for? Their support service is non-existent, i’ve put in a refund request to Apple but if they don’t cover it I’ll just dispute the payment with my bank. Just avoid.

False advertisement, poor optimization
NinjaChat pro or premium promises ultimate freedom yet is heavily censored for generating requested content whether it be photos or drafts deemed inhumane. I paid for the year, wish I had not. I keep running into an issue where it says this is an offline only tool and must use a computer version for the AI (ChatGPT, Claude, etc) to use web browsing for up to date info. It’s moderately useless in real world application for content creation, advertisement editing, anthropological research. Oh well, $50 I should have spent on the real deal I guess. I knew an AI chat bot that promised to be several wrapped into one was too good to be true.

No filters but slow
It is true NinjaChat AI does not have the usual filters which makes it easier to communicate freely without the usual political correctness. But the performance is absolutely unacceptable. For a number of tasks I gave it it took hours to perform where my ChatGTP, Gemini or Claude did they same task in a few minutes.

Restricts total freedom in prompts. I got the free trial and thankfully I saw it does not have unrestricted access before wasting money.

this is clearly a downloadbait app. first, not only did they lie about it being “completely free and unlimited” but you cant even send ANYTHING to the bots + it forces you to pay for everything omg. worthless + a big waste of my time
