Would of been 5 stars but ....
This is the only talk show that I watch that I have no idea of what the month and day is that presently on.
I desire to watch each one of the episodes of Ninos but I can't because the date is not on every one of the episodes .
I BEG you, Nino, please start putting the day of each episode or show or whatever you call it, when you have a discussion with a guest, such as Juan O'Savin , or the ghost or whomever.
Or explain in your app in the AppStore why you don't put the day of the program on each episode .
It would be GREATLY APPRECIATED !
Also, sometimes I cannot even get in your app to watch whatever show is playing at any time .

Help
Trying to login but cannot . How can someone help me? I paid for the subscription but cannot get logged in
App Doesn’t Work
Love the show, but every time I try to use this app, it will not let me login with my username and password and basically because there’s no way to actually reset anything.
Logged out
Can’t log in. There is no “contact us”, a way to change payment methods, no main menu. Just being kicked out every time I try to log in.
It’s not working
I have logged in with my correct login and password and it brings it up. I go to look for today’s or whatever day story and it keeps telling me to login. I’m not able to see the stories or podcast and there is nowhere to get in touch with hispage to let him know that you can’t login but yet you’ve got a membership to be able to listen to his podcast

Doesnt let you watch videos
Log in and to watch a video it say log in and the cycle continues.. its been a few weeks i havent been able to watch anything.
Frustrating!

Search is inconsistent

Unfortunately I have found that if I delete the ap then reload, it will work again. Hope that helps everyone. I have problems all the time trying to get in. I would hate to miss any episodes.
Been working fine for me
I’m not sure what was going on with other peoples reviews but figured I’d add a review since my experience has been very good. I’ve only had it a couple weeks or so but I’ve watched several videos so far and have had zero issues. I’m not sure if it’s my phone or just how the app is set up where I don’t see a discussion or comment area (I thought I’d heard there was), but it would be nice to leave comments or questions. The quality of vids has been as good as YouTube or any other video. Sometimes it’ll pause but it’s when I’m in a bad signal area that pauses YouTube vids also, so maybe that’s the other reviewers issues. It’s very easy to use, I have zero complaints and I’m happy with it, other than it would be nice to do a comment thing but I’m sure there’s reasons there’s not or I can’t find it 🤷🏼♀️.

App issues
I’ve signed up and signed in hit restore and yet I am not getting the option to play the videos. I know the price has jumped up, and yet the app still says 3.99 and has charged me. Can someone fix the issue. I’m missing important conversations.

Payment received this month now trying to log in I get in but none of the videos will play????
Hard to log in
Logs you out randomly. I forgot my password and doesn’t give you a place to reset it.

I had the app all the sudden it says I’m not subscribed. I don’t know how I paid or which email I used. I’m ready to delete this! Cannot get any help
Disappointed
Every time I decide to give this app another try it doesn’t work. I’m able to listen for a few days and then the sound goes away as if I didn’t pay for it.
Just took my payment out on the 16TH of September and it already won’t let me listen to sound on the 19.
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and ending my subscription and renewing my subscription but still the same thing.

What’s my password
Hard to log in. Forgot my password. There is no place to change a password. So very frustrated I want to cancel.
