It’s a total wastage and unrealistic approach
How can we expect than poor and illiterate parents of a child registered in primary classes of a government school, will be able to comply with downloading this app in their phone (if , they actually have smartphones, with latest OS, even iPhone) and they will have the time or enough motivation to look into this app regularly.
