Have used this to charge several times now and it’s great - easy to use and has most charging networks in the UK + abroad too for when I go.
Why do you need a payment method just to order a free charge card ??
Do you really think it’s a good idea to ask for my bank details to pair with the charge card BEFORE you’ll send it out??… That means if it gets stolen in the post somebody could use that charge card to charge any car and use MY money. I don’t think that’s right. I don’t know why you can’t just send out the card and let the user link their bank details to it AFTER the card has been delivered to them. That’s common sense.

Welcome to Nissan Charge! We ask you to put in a payment method so that you're all set when you want to charge up - you simply plug in and we charge your saved payment card. But you need to activate your card when you receive it - so its safe from any sneaky misuse! Hope to see you charging soon!
VIN Number error
I have tried to add my VIN number several times and it kept saying invalid l, same VIN that work med on the old app

Hey - thanks for your review. Ironically, this error message is an error...if you check under 'MyEVs' your VIN number should be showing. A fix is coming!
