What the point of this
Downloaded, opened chose vehicle nothing happened, closed and reopened app. Chose vehicle again nothing happened for a few seconds, white box appears with wheel of doom. Tried this a couple of times with same results. If this is successfully downloaded something where is???? What am I looking for. BUT I think it just doesn’t work. De-leet-ed.

My nissan qashqai app
Very useful app i like the way you can send information to your car from the comfort of your armchair also the ability to track where your car is from your phone or pad are just a couple of the things it is capable of also
The ability to check if you have locked your car and if you haven't lock it from anywhere is also very useful as is being able to sound your horn and flash your lights to locate your car on a packed car
lots more features available generally a very useful app. LOVE IT

I haven’t taken delivery of my vehicle yet, but this app has been very useful to familiarise myself with controls and general information. Very good, well done.
App Not working

Please can you fix this app. I purchases a new Qashqai 2 days ago and was told to download this app for information of the car. I have added this to 2 iPhones and 1 iPad. It opens, when selecting the car the app is not responsive and then closes. Also the icons at the bottom are not visible.
I have tried the App Support link on this page and it take me to Nissan company web page. Not the support page.

Easy to use and gives you a good look at what all controls do , ready to collect your car
Truly hard work. Type Software in search and there are zero results.
Over the air (OTA) software upgrade was offered on screen when pulling into the driveway. Accepted - upgrade performed seemingly OK. Now every time we start a journey we are told that there is insufficient charge to reach your destination even though we've not entered any destination. Repeatedly during our journey the voice message repeats. Unable to find out why and the forums indicate many others are experiencing the same problem as the upgrade is rolled out to cars.
Telephoned local dealer twice - put through twice to Nissan, Poole - no answer from service department either time. Left messages with contact details. Still nothing. Trouble is brewing!

Rubbish
So new car bought. Download the app the salesman said. Ok but all the video sections on the app where it says Discover your vehicles technology doesn’t play. Nothing wrong with the internet speed. None of the tutorials or the information to view on video works!!! Love the vehicle hate this app. Deleting it and using handbook instead. So disappointing

As a service advisor at Nissan, this app works Wonders when having to lead customers into correct directions for their vehicle faults. It has every piece of information I could need.
Nissan Juke
We have a juke and have down loaded this app to allow data to be viewed when away from the car along with sending map and destinations to the car for our planned trips no major issues other than no live data for map routes so other than that it works
Existing nissan customer!
At the next update of the application, please enter the Romanian language as well. We are a country with a population of over 20 million inhabitants and another 5 million in different countries, we are part of the European Union, we buy quality cars like nissan but we are still marginalized. I hope this review is taken into account. Thank you very much!

Nissan Drivers Guide
This guide is very well written and very informative without being too much heavy going. I will be much better able to get the best out of my new Juke when it arrives soon.
Poor in the extreme
Trying to do a map update. The dealer had the car for a day and said they had problems and to book it in again. Tried to book in again but they said it’s something I can do via this app. The app says to do it, I need to download this app. Are you starting to see the problem?
Very poor, has the wrong documentation for my 2018 model, shows the right model if I’m on 2019 version.
All in all, very unimpressed.

Great app from NISSAN.
Reading through the drivers manual page by page is hard work. This app is excellent in showing many aspects of the vehicle, especially in relation to warning lights and operations. Really is a good app. especially as you can sit in your car and point your smart phone at different buttons & controls etc and get information about them and what you can gain from them.

My First Nissan
The app is excellent for me, because I live in Spain & have the manual for my car in English & it’s easy to use.
Anything I need to know I just enter on the app page & it finds it for me with seconds. I don’t have to flick through the book.

Where is the map update tool?
A pretty useful tool or it would have been when I first got the car. I actually downloaded it because there is supposed to be a map update tool but I can’t find it. Has anyone got any suggestions please?
Decent Nissan App...
This is a pretty good app.
I consider myself quite sharp when it comes to technology but my Juke has so many buttons, features and settings it’s helped me quite a bit in learning about my SUV. However, it’s not perfect. It’s not so efficient in gloomier conditions and some of the explanations it gives can still be head-scratching confusing.
It’s well worth downloading if you’ve got one of the Nissan models covered by the app. Obviously it won’t work on my auntie’s ancient G-reg Micra!

It’s such an amazing tool to show customers and I will now start getting every potential customer to download it (for videos on features) and also customers when I’m handing over their vehicles
I love the app. However it could do with a bit more work on the AR as it struggles in the new darker showroom we have. It also takes a little while to bring up the feature. So it would be better if you could move the camera around and things pop up instantly.

Great start
Great start to the app, but you press refresh buttons and it still shows the old information. Request time to respond is slow and again you think you should have fresh data and it’s still time stamped for the previous refresh.
Stunning ideas, great layout, annoying to use & you could find yourself misreading the cars charge because of incorrect data.
