Compatibility
I wish this app were compatible with more Nissan vehicles in Australia. At the moment, it only supports some 2025 and 2026 models. It would be great if a software upgrade could make newer vehicles, such as the Nissan X-Trail 2024, compatible as well. It’s disappointing that access is limited to just a few models.

No good
When you go to set up the App it requires you to authenticate your email. Safari says the connection is not secure, so cannot login to the App.
App dose not work
Tried adding Nissan Xtrail keep saying can find vin, calling Nissan is a joke they are no help at all, can update any maps with out the app. Don’t buy Nissan
Doesn’t work for the 2024 model.
My car is having trouble keeping the phone connection. I was told by the serviceman to use the app. When I tried it wouldn’t accept my vin. I contacted Nissan they said it wasn’t for my 24 Nissan Qashqai it’s only for the 25 model.

App says my “VIN is not recognized” what a joke. Nissan needs to fix this ASAP. Sales would talk about the app features when trying to sele the vehicle, but the app does not work.

I’ve owned my 2024 Nissan QashQai Ti e-power since October 2024. I was advised of the app from the dealer and they explained the simplicity of logging in, adding the car, remote start etc., over 12 months later, still can’t add my vehicle because my VIN is apparently wrong, yet the manufacturer plate at the drivers door, the window, paperwork from the dealership at Nissan and the QLD Transport & Main Roads all say it’s correct.
I’m disappointed because “here’s an app that is like the competition” *cough* Toyota, and Nissan can’t live up to the game.
I love the car, but I hate the app, and I’m surprised there’s still no fix.

Doesn’t work
I just bought a new Nissan and I would love to use the audio system to its full extent but I cannot because this app will not work. After reading reviews I see that some say it does not work in Australia. I don’t know why that would be possible as it means a whole component of the car does not work.

Says to add your VIN. I put it in and get told must start with 2 letters-well it doesn’t so I can’t use app👎
Don't buy Nissan 2025 Nissan X-Trail
I’m really disappointed to find that this app isn't suitable for the Nissan X-Trail. It feels frustrating, especially after investing 60k in Australia. I had hoped for a better experience. Don't buy 💰
TERRIBLE
First thing it asks for is the VIN and I put it in correctly multiples times and it says it’s wrong. Didn’t do anything for me at all.
Not accepting VIN
Unable to give a no star rating. Keeps telling me my vin is wrong. Scanned and entered manually keeps saying it’s wrong. Its correct. Useless app if I can’t enter these details and have now deleted.
This does NOT work in Australia any longer (2025)
This app hasn’t worked for years, and when it did work it was very limited. For some reason it is available on the iOS store, and has been updated but Nissan confirms that it is not available for Australian customers. Don’t waste your time. They should pull it from the store if we can’t use it.

Cannot add my car
I tried to add my car but every time it says first two VIN number should be alphabet. How am i supposed to change VIN? 😂
Won’t connect to my Leaf
2021 model Leaf. Tried unsuccessfully a dozen times to add vehicle via VIN - scanning, manual entry etc. Tried 0 and O. (Why they use 1 and I and O and 0 in a VIN is bewildering).
