Beware. This is 100% a scam. They make the money sent over short by one cents of what is needed, that way you have to add the extra cent for a 75 cent FEE. And the only way to contact them is through the app, which they made not work also because they know they are SCAMMING people
Look for another
I have only tried Nitrado but their website and their app seems to be more outdated than any other website or app I have ever used. Nothing works as intended unless you have a PC and if you have a PC you should just host the server yourself. I will seek alternative options for servers going forward

Works for me
The layout could potentially be improved but for quick changes or checking server status, this works just fine. I use the site for everything else.
Problems!
I had problems from the get go, but you know what the guys at Nitrado are sound, genuinely helped and took interest in me! Fixed my problem, as I have played Dayz for years, but wanted my own server! Obviously problems occur it’s life, but Thankyou, much appreciated!
They no longer help with server issues.
I just got a server for DayZ. To allow admin accounts you have to access the config files. That is no longer the third option in setting. They own help they “offer” online and on the app that’s where they say it is. NOPE. With 1.28 it’s no longer there. And I have no idea how to access it. I have attempted to submit a support ticket, however it’s no longer doable. All they offer is a present of help links and that’s it.

This app does not work. Tried online as well and keeps giving out error messages. Doesnt load the servers you're running either. If i could rate this a zero i would. This apps a scam. stay clear away!

2nd day with nitrado, the app is so slow and buggy, you won’t get anything from support besides FAQ, that have never helped anyone. Even the website is bad. Server constantly shutting down and not letting you start. The uptime they promise is all lies
Doesn’t work
I’m able to see my server but when I click it, it doesn’t do anything but load. It has been loading for over 20 mins and still never loaded my server details.
Low quality
I don’t understand why so many games require you to go through Nitrado to get your own game servers because this app doesn’t work AT ALL not even the website works which is infuriating. I purchased a server for the game “ark survival evolved mobile” and it said “server offline” I have searched their FAQs page and have even reached out to tech support and they haven’t made my server go online. Doesn’t matter what I do I just don’t get what I paid for which is ridiculous! I wasted my money because I expected to have access to my own game server which never even happened. It has been a whole day since I purchased it and I have moved around every button that looked like it could make my server go “online” yet nothing has worked seriously they need to either fix their servers or give people refunds because it is unfair that we are paying for “services” that we never receive.

My server page never comes up
Open the app and log in. Once logged in, the app shows my server. Click on a server and I get the infinite spinning wheel. My server page never comes up.
Piss Poor
You have no other option so you have to accept these trash servers and service. How have 5 other people been playing on my server but I can’t even find the server. This continually happens. Half the time we can find it and half the time we can’t. My friend can find it but it doesn’t appear for me. Piss poor service!

Rubbish Interface
I have a Nitrado server that I modify on pc, sometimes I have issues to resolve on the go. The app is not overly user friendly but is fine if you only want to restart or stop a server. But trying to do any work on the file browser is impossible the options push the file text to the bottom of the screen and cannot be minimized. Then the keyboard covers the rest of the file text, it may as well not have the ability to adjust anything!
