Best

This is the best NIV bible app you can get.
No ads, all straight forward.
Simple and useful features

Accent drive me crazy

This app does not have any adjustments. You cannot change the voice, the speed. That voice’s accent hard to understand. I live in US and accent sounds like British. And it is talking so fast with that accent. Hard to understand. Also there is no text. I think I just wasted my $5.

Love this Bible app

This is the best bible application. I have tried several even the small cost is well worth it.

Fantastic

I also have the hardcover copy that I had first. This follows along word for word. Great for when my eyes are tired. I also get a better comprehension of reading it after listening to it.

Wow

Great app
Tried others and when phone went to password mode app would stop, this one is best of many I tried.
You wont be disappointed.

Helpful but buggy

Good audio but it doesn’t consistently keep the last verse you were on when using the audio player and when reading, the app often is missing the bar at the top with the book and verse. (It appears after going to the player and then back)
So, helpful but buggy.

Isn’t niv

Very disappointed nothing can use anymore

It’s been good but

This app has been really good to me up until the last 2-3 months? It’s been skipping chapters & playing random chapters. Now it just stops playing?? So I’m
Not sure! I love the app but idk what to say now? May have to delete and redownload? If that doesn’t work? I’ll have to look for another

Difficult

Okay, so I have had a stroke but my intelligence is still there. This program seems to want to say you have completed a chapter when you were just browsing and I cannot get out of it unless I say ok. I need easier access, a true NIV Study Bible similar to the one in my Bible classes in a Wesleyan University.

Awesome and accessible

The Bible is awesome it is accessible which I love and it’s not hard to access since I am blind everything needs to be accessible from the games I play to the apps are you’s in IV Bible is just it thanks for turning God‘s holy Word acceptable and an audio

Great usuability

I find this app very easy to use.

Waste of money

This version has most annoying voice ever, a Charlton Heston wannabe. His speech is way too fast in the New Testament as well. I should have stuck with the free audio Bible app I already had. I can’t focus on Gods word when I have to hear it like this!

Mrs. B.

I found it difficult to navigate. To get the audio and the visual on at the same time should have been easier. The words didn’t match completely with my NIV Bible. Sometimes I thought the word chosen in my Bible was better to understand and sometimes it was better on the app. Narrators were good. Would buy again if there wasn’t another choice but the navigation really was a problem.

Doesnt remember audio position

The app keeps resetting back to Genesis, so I have to manually find my place each day.

😕

You have no way to bookmark where I left off from the last time I listened to the man reading...😕

When I tap on Luke 8, the man starts reading, but the scripture does not appear!
If I was trying to follow along with
Psalms 130, it would take me 10 minutes to flip through 129 chapters to get to
Psalms 130...😕

Good app

Great cause you don’t have to have a internet connection but could use different voice choices.

Turning

I would like to know if the app be turned long ways on the phone or iPad

Niv audio Bible

This Bible app reader is so easy to listen to and he speaks slowly enough to really digest what is being said. It’s a big blessing to me.

Dissatisfied

I rated this with two stars because the chapters are out of sequence and the audio sound is not good quality. Hope an update will resolve the issues.

Not organized

The audio portion is not sorted correctly by chapters. It jumps from chapter 1 to 14 to 7 etc.
