Problems and Suggestions
1st major issue, when you click on one of your “favorite features” options (for example ACH Transactions) and close it using the “x” button in the top right, the app will frequently crash.
1st suggestion, add notifications for the app itself. For example, instead of getting an email notification when receiving a message in “message center”, send a notification from the app, it would make it much more convenient.
2nd suggestion, add a dark mode option for the app.
I think adding notifications and adding dark mode are very standard things for most banking apps, so I think nizari should add them too.
