Bar code?

Lots of bugs. Barcode scanner still not working.

Frustrating Logout Issues Limit App’s Effectiveness

While the NJ Crash Portal app is a useful tool for completing and submitting crash reports, it has several frustrating issues that affect usability. Most notably, the app frequently logs you out during use, often without warning. This is especially problematic when scanning documents—more often than not, initiating a scan causes the app to crash or log you out entirely, resulting in lost progress and wasted time. These issues significantly hinder efficiency in the field. A more stable login session and improved document scanning functionality would greatly enhance the user experience.

Camera issue

I reported the camera issue about 4 months ago directly to the parties who manage the app and they still will not recognize the major issue with it. They state it works on their singular camerad iPhone therefore there is no issue. I guess everyone with more than one camera just has to suffer until they test it on any phone from 2018 to now.

Terrible

Please add an option to switch the primary camera. iPhones have numerous cameras, and the macro would be much better for scanning documents. Should be an easy feature to add but it’s debilitating to not have. Face ID would also be nice.
