App doesnt work
Cant download my tickets. Horrible experience.
Has potential- notifications are a joke
The notification settings and the complete lack of any truth to their meaning makes the app effectively useless to me. I can’t leave on “breaking news” notifications without getting a notification every single game. 72 games a season, I get an extra notification the day after with some useless trivia. That is not “breaking” news. That is your daily rundown. Guess there’s no way to learn about trades without sucking their d-spicable word vomit “pick me” notifications.
The flow of the app could also be drastically improved. Having 20 options under “more” to get to your settings, plus multiple directions of scrolling directives to get to the some of the same information is a chaotic process having you moving in circles with no clear direction.
Probably the most annoying part though: the app itself won’t stream the realtime game clock/score. The app integrates into the Lock Screen, however, which DOES stream the realtime clock and score, which makes my Lock Screen the most valuable app on my phone to follow Devils games. Simple, accurate, easy to use/silence. The devils app itself? Garbage, unless all you want is to waste hours of your day reading/watching puff pieces.

Unreliable
In my opinion, this is one more layer of nonsense. You need a Ticketmaster account but you still need this devils account to get the tickets. And oh boy, you better hope your emails and your passwords line up. I buy suites for events, and this is my second time having the same issues. I don’t even have a choice. I don’t like it.

Coded terribly
The only thing I want to use this application for is to access my tickets. Unfortunately, the thing is coded so terribly that it never refreshes properly and sometimes the tickets don’t even show up. It could be Ticketmaster sucking as usual, but this is unacceptable.

This app sends updates immediately when the game is on a 20 second time delay… SPOILER ALERT 🤬
Great app
This app follows the same blueprint as most other official NHL team apps, yet doesn’t let you change the icon. That’s the only grip I can find about it honestly, and that’s a nothingburger.

This app is awsome you can see all the things you need in one place instead on different apps but the man who makes it should probably add some sazaz to the app but other than that best app I ever had

Love It. Great Fan App
Long time Devils fan and so happy to see all the coverage of New Jersey’s favorite team. It’s my go to place for updates, videos,and articles. My tix for upcoming games are in there too so that’s an added bonus. Did you know you can change the app icon? Black and white Devs logo looks nice. Great job!

Solid Interface, Needs cast feature to watch video off your phone
Really love the app so far. Everything about it is what devils fans need for a one-stop-shop for all devils related content and features. The one thing that would make it excellent would be the ability to Cast live/non-live video to chrome cast/Xbox/PlayStation/etc. because the app isn’t available for those platforms yet.
