Shame on this app

NJIT does not deserve such a bad app. Thats your one of MAJOR app that all NJIT faculty uses. Spend more money and make it work like charm. Shame on you. Unresponsive, crashes, need to delete and reinstall app if a common error keeps pops up.

As far as I know, the app’s features that don’t require a sign-in work, but the app won’t let you fully sign-in with your njit ucid

Prior to Covid, it worked well for many students at NJIT and was the most effective way to manage an NJIT account through mobile. However, after the pledge for covid was added, logging in is impossible. Please have this addressed as soon as possible as another wave of covid is possible through the delta variant.
