Lots of Potential
As I research towns for rentals I would love to save them to different folders to access them later.
Doesn’t function
The app constantly crashes, doesn’t save your searches, doesn’t stay logged in if you don’t have an agent code
Glitches Started Happening
When this app worked OMG it was a God send. Super accurate information, great way to keep track of homes, etc. Now there are constant glitches all the time and I can barely look at a home. Super disappointing because this was a great resource.
Bring back the old NJMLS App
This app is such a downgrade from the previous app! Does not show when properties are in attorney review! Listings are definitely not up to date! This version is horrible for agents!!
Old NJMLS was so much better
This is coming from a realtor…The old version for NJMLS was so much better than this version! Hot sheets is terrible! Does not update! You can’t tell if a home is in attorney review or not! Please fix this and make it great again for realtors to use!!
Missing key info
This app could be great. But it incorrectly shows listing that are in Attorney Review as still Active on the market. There is no indicator for attorney review. I sent my buyer multiple properties that I thought were Active, only to find out that the property is no longer allowing showings as they accepted an offer and moved to the next stage.
