Glitching
Great app but it’s been glitching on me. I’ll have a list I’m scrolling through and then it says “No listings found.” Is anyone else experiencing this?
Best part was deleting it.
Found it so frustrating to use that I deleted it.

This app is very smooth, loads quickly, and works the way you need it to. It has limited functionality but just enough to give you everything you’re looking for! Looking forward to seeing what improvements are made in the future!
Sq ft
Should be a way to filter based on sq ft at least.
Terrible
Running this app on an iPad Pro is terrible. The dark mode the app uses is barely legible and some buttons for pop up dialog don’t even show their values. Plus, this doesn’t seem to use or recognize my NJ MLS account that I use to log in on the website. I stick to the web site.

Using the app on a daily basis & love it!! wish to have the option to share few Listings together & to be able to save listings per search category.
Helpful but could use tweaks
Great tool for scouting houses and viewing before actually taking the time to make appointments and walk through, however when houses go under contract there should be a banner or something as it’s not updated quick enough.
It doesn’t work for me
All it says is failed connection OR finds no listings. I’ll stick with Zillow or all others.

Disappointed
I don’t know how many times I did a search and it keeps telling me there was nothing available. Not sure what the issue is but did not help me at all. 👎🏽
Needs more finance filters for consumer
Would love a property tax filter, blue print of the layout and square footage at least!

Easy to use and navigate. Only downside is that it doesn't include sales by owner so you can potentially miss out on places to buy.

I use it all the time to browse local listings. New improvements to search under contract or sold home are great on full site and would love to see on app? Maybe I'm missing it

This is a great app. It is easy to use and you can quickly sort your style, town, price, etc. I use it all of the time when I am searching for new real estate and I don't have to wait for my realtor to send me the latest listings.

My realtor approves of this site then many popular sites. Perhaps it would be best if NJMLS website developing/maintenance team to include school district information more clearly with school ratings.
