Unable to use essential banking features
The app has not allowed me to complete currency conversion or transfer funds for more than 10 days. Customer support was unable to resolve the issue and instructed me to send an email. Days later, there is still no reply. An e-banking app should provide reliable service and timely support. This experience has been extremely frustrating
