A random membership appeared on my phone charging money.

Don’t get this app. Charges you with informing you, doesn’t cancel the subscription, read all rescues I believe some are fake

I’m not very sure how to personally reach the people behind this app, but the other day one of my siblings downloaded it in fear of a virus? and they paid for the three day subscription...I was only aware of them getting a subscription when $11 was taken from my account- is there anyway i could get a refund—??

I canceled my subscription and you still charge me take my money I’m contacting lawyer Monday morning and going to recover my funds and might even file law suit !!!! You better cancel me forever!!!!!!!
Possible scam, would not recommend!!
I originally got this app to delete a few viruses that I had on my phone. When I used this app to delete these viruses it would first tell me that my phone is safe. But when I would go back into the app it would tell me again that I had viruses on my phone. This would happen on a loop for several minutes until I finally gave up and deleted the app.
