The outages line takes you to someone attempting to sell an alert 🚨 button you never reach anyone to help this number is directly on the app and online.
Because zero stars isn’t an option
I have never been able to log in using this app. It always throws an error saying it can’t communicate with the server. This app has wasted space on my phone for months. Deleting. Don’t bother with this one, guys.
Never works
Always says there’s an issue communicating with the server. Their website is terrible as well, hoped this app would make things easier. Still have to find a copy of an old paper bill anytime I want to pay my balance. Welcome to North Little Rock!
